Accountabilities 主要工作职责 Assist in developing sales training strategies that are aligned with business objectives.Assist in developing commercial College annual training plan.Deliver, manage and facilitate sales training programs and other initiatives (e.g. academy training courses, sales learning campaign programs, training database, Global Management Trainee training & development, budget).Train-The-Trainer(TTT) to get qualified in-house trainer to roll out basic sales training in BU.Assist in managing training resources, including in house trainers and training materials.Assist in establishing Sales training curriculum matrix aligned with WCCP requirements.Train and help BU Training Specialist manage sales training in accordance with APAC University policies and procedures.Assist in development of BU training professionals.Develop generic training material and deliver when needed. 2.
